Try it on and find your fit
At NC PRODUCTS, we recommend using our trial service for your first purchase. We'll send you the size you want to buy, along with one size smaller and one larger, accompanied by a trial guide. This allows you to test the feel and fit and specify the measurements for hemming. You can tailor the hem to your preferred style using the enclosed trial guide.
This service is free since we operate on a made-to-order basis and delivery may take up to three months. However, if you decide not to make a purchase, you only need to pay the return shipping fee of ¥1,000 (tax included). This service is available only to residents in Japan. If you are interested, please apply through the Japanese language page.
If You Decide to Purchase:
Hemming
Try on the pants using the trial guide and note down the fit and hem measurements.
Fill in the Form
Complete the necessary fields in the trial guide and mark the size you want to buy.
Return
Place all items in the shipping bag and return them within ten days of receiving the product. Use the prepaid shipping label.
Delivery
We will send you the product within three months.

Refund
After we receive the returned items, we will refund your payment within ten business days, according to your preferred payment method. The one-way shipping fee (¥1,000 tax included) and transfer fee will be deducted from this refund.
