Basic Line
Over the years, we’ve prioritized meeting the high demands of domestic and international ready-to-wear lines and high-end fashion brands. Our process includes various pattern revisions and sewing techniques to create high-quality products that reflect the shapes and details requested by these brands. Our Basic Denim Line embodies all of the technical expertise we’ve garnered through years of trial and error.
Mass-produced denim often adopts a straightforward sewing method for the sake of simplicity. However, we chose a three-dimensional stitching style similar to slacks in our Basic Line. Unlike the typical straight-line silhouette, our waist belts are curve-cut and sewn in. Implementing these techniques with the thicker denim fabric was no easy feat, but these details create pieces that fit the three-dimensional hip line perfectly. We also make use of techniques unique to a sewing factory. For instance, the lower part of the belt loops is sewn into the waist belt, and the durability of our pockets is enhanced with bar tacks instead of rivets.
With our experience working with various products over the years, we spared no effort in rethinking comfort to create our Basic Line pieces. These pieces represent our idea of simple, basic denim pants.

Features
FRONT
Belt Loops
Belt Loops are sewn into the waist belt using an interlocked sewing method.
Crotch Seam
Unlike the typical straight stitching of regular denim pants, we adopted a three-dimensional sewing technique similar to that in slacks. This approach increases the range of motion in the leg area, allowing for more effortless movement and accentuating the hip line.
Hem
The silhouette remains intact even after hemming by maintaining a straight line from below the knee to the hem.
BACK
Pockets
By revising the process of attaching the back pockets, we created a more symmetrical pocket alignment.
MATERIAL
Recycled fibers are indispensable in the development of our new products. We turned our focus to Kurabo's (Kurashiki Spinning) "L∞PLUS (Looplus)" technology, a method used to recycle fabric scraps generated during the manufacturing process to transform our scraps back into usable fabric.
The process involves carding the cutting scraps (re-carding), opening, and spinning them back into yarn. This yarn undergoes dyeing, weaving, and finishing to create recycled fabric. Our cutting scraps are incorporated into the warp, while organic cotton is used for the weft. The recycled fibers, dyed in indigo, are made of 17% scrap fabric.
CYCLE
Our sewing factory uses a made-to-order system to ensure appropriate production volumes. We also collect finished products that are no longer needed and repurpose them into new items. Our circular system allows us to enjoy denim pants in various services and options.
