Recycling Unwanted Denim Pants

NC PRODUCTS aims to realize a practical cycle where old NC PRODUCTS denim pants can be repurposed into new products. Each time you participate in our recycling program, we will give you a coupon (¥3,000) to use on your next product purchase. We will also update you on the program's progress through our COLUMN or social media.

Send your old denim pants using a prepaid shipping label (we cover shipping costs).

Coupon

After receiving the denim pants, we will issue a coupon code (¥3,000 off) within ten business days of receiving your package. Please use it when purchasing our products.

REPRODUCTION PROGRAM

NC PRODUCTS recycles fiber materials from old denim pants and sewing scraps from our factories to manufacture our products. We use the cutting scrap recycling technology "L∞PLUS (Looplus)," developed by Kurabo, a major textile manufacturer based in Kurashiki City, Okayama. This technology involves carding unwanted denim pants and scraps back into cotton, spinning them into yarn, and weaving them into fabric, thereby supporting sustainable denim production.
